Our Standard turnaround time is 5 working days. 

Receiving Goods

All Orders are Delivered by Courier.

If you are unavailable to receive goods let us know the day before expected delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods on the day of the delivery another attempt will be made the following day. You’ll be left a notice by the driver to contact the appropriate depot where your goods are held, you will need to contact the number on the notice and make new delivery arrangements.

Drivers are authorised to leave the goods at a place they deem appropriate and safe. Once Goods are dispatched we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and/or lost Goods.
